At Reps and Runs, we strive to provide high-quality exercise programs, personal training sessions, and e-books to support your fitness journey. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund from Reps and Runs.

Digital Products (e-books and downloadable content)

You acknowledge that the Seller is not obliged to provide a refund on digital Products (which includes all guides) purchased through the Reps and Runs website.

Once a download of a digital product has started, you do not have a right to cancel the purchase and to request a refund.

Refunds for digital products shall only be given in the following limited circumstances:

1. If there was a technical issue and the content was never received by the buyer.
2. If the transaction was not a genuine transaction (e.g. card fraud etc)
3. If there was a duplicate order or payment due to a technical fault. Genuine multiple orders by the same person are not eligible for a refund.

To apply for a refund, evidence of the above points should be submitted to support@repsandruns.com with title ‘Refund Request’ and the team will assist you.

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions:

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. You will not be charged for the following month, but no refunds will be provided for the current month once payment has been processed.

Annual Subscriptions:

Annual subscriptions can be canceled within 30 days of the initial purchase to receive a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@repsandruns.com. Include your name, order number, and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within [number] business days.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within [number] business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
