IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

• Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.
• Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
• Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
• Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.
• Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.

It is also the responsibility of the client to make us aware of any medical conditions, food allergies and intolerances when they complete the online training questionnaire. Failure to do so could result in injuries and adverse health impacts and we do not assume any liability in such circumstances.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, you should not follow a meal plan in any of our digital products on this website without prior approval from your healthcare provider.

If you implement the products and services from us correctly you should see great results, however, it must be disclaimed that even when consumers implement any products or services in full from us it is still possible they will not get the results they may have expected due to genetic, health or financial limitations.
