What happens when I apply for your online coaching programme?

When you apply for my programme, you get approached by me and we get on a call to understand your challenges and how we could help you get past these. We also ensure we would be the right fit to work together. If we are the right fit, we get you started immediately.

Yes absolutely, if you have signed up to my coaching plan, we ensure that you are set to start when you are ready and your plan will only start on your preferred date.

Clients who work with us see mental and physical changes in about 3-4 weeks. But individual changes may vary depending on your time, commitment, discipline and your current state of health
Results are only guaranteed if you stick and follow the plan as advised.

Our plans are flexible and we also design complete home workouts for people who do not have access to a gym.

All our services involve an in-depth understanding of where you are in your fitness journey. Your workouts will be designed with workout tutorial videos which are suited to your experience and skill level. Our diet plans will also be designed to reflect what you prefer to eat and can easily access and take account of any food allergies/limitations.

We always recommend that you incorporate some resistance training in your routine but if you are someone who is not a fan of lifting weights, we could still help you achieve your weight loss goal through alternative physical activity and/or nutrition plans so that you can get in shape doing activities that you like.
